Walailak University launches Human Resources Management Information System (WU-HRMS) to welcome the New Year

Walailak University by The Center for Digital Technology and Human Resources and Organization Division launched 4 sub-systems of WU-HRMS, starting to use to welcome the New Year. From January 1, 2023 onwards
Personnel Management Information System Walailak University (WU-HRMS: Walailak University Human Resources Management Information System) was developed by the Information System Research and Development Department. The Center for Digital Technology in collaboration with Human Resources and Organization Division and related working groups
It has been developed since the fiscal year 2021. The system is designed to support the work of all departments in the university related to human resource management. Able to support use on the platform, both Web-Based Application and Mobile Application, to be used as a central database for personnel management throughout the university process. At the moment, the development has been completed, totaling 6 subsystems, which are scheduled to be activated from January 1, 2023 onwards, in the amount of 4 subsystems, namely

Leave system
Welfare system and benefits
Overtime performance system
Recruitment and selection system

In addition, the university plans to enable the time recording system via the Line application using a smartphone on January 16, 2023.
