of The Center for Digital Technology Personnels to have knowledge about increase Preductivity in work,Able to improve work processes to be efficient
and effective according to requirements of clients under limited resources,able to apply technology and resources to create added value of work,
Able to apply technology and resources to create added value of work and in accordance with the university’s policy towards Smart University in all 10 domain.

As well as developing human potential to create work efficiency through a unique 3CO technique.All personnel learned how to increase productivity at work efficiently and effectively, including:
– Creating a Mindset to move towards a better point By creating 100% responsibility.
– How to do efficiency work (6T How to do Efficiency) consists of Time (priority), Team, Track (process), Tools (tool), Techniques (techniques from Knowledge + skill) and Thinking (thinking).
– Goad Setting: Smart, which includes Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Reasonable, and Timely. Each person should set 6 life goals: mental health, family, work, friends, and society, and prioritize by using the Time Matrix as an effective time management tool.
