  1. Go to https://www.office.com and select “Sign in”

  1. Enter your E-mail. E-mail is the first name in English, followed by dot (.) and followed by the first 2 letters of the last name and followed by @st.wu.ac.th such as Demo Dekdee, E-mail that will be received is demo.de@st.wu.ac.th and then click the “Next” button.

  1. Enter the password. The password can be checked at https://paas.wu.ac.th by using the WU Pass to log in to the system.

  1. Account security system will ask for more information. Click on “Next”.

  1. The account security system provides security settings by adding backup phone number and  backup email. Choose “Set it Up Now” to use when forgetting your password.

5.1. Authentication Phone :  Select your country or region and enter a phone number to authenticate and tap “Message me” or “Call me” and a code will be sent to your mobile phone for verification.

5.2. Authentication Email : The system will send a verification code via email. The system will send a verification code via email. Please check the email that you have entered and bring the code to enter and select “Verify”.

 

  1. Once the registration is complete, a Microsoft window will appear, you can start using Office 365.

 

In case of forgotten password

  1. Press to select “Forgot my password”

2. Enter an email and enter the characters in the picture or word in the voice, then select “Next.”

  1. The system will select contact method to send the verification code for setting a new password.

3.1. Select “Email my alternate email” and click “Email” Button, then enter the backup email that you entered during registration. You’ll receive an email with further instructions on resetting your password.

3.2. Select “Text my mobile phone” Enter the backup phone number that you entered during registration. Click “Text” Button and check the verification code in your mobile phone message.

  1. Set new password, it must contain 8-256 characters. It must contain uppercase and lowercase letters and at least 1 number or symbol and password must not have a username, then press “Done”
  2. When password has been set, you can access Microsoft365.
