- Assessment score 5S has an assessment score of 4.00
- Ready to submit to the 5S award contest.
- Have a 5S self-audit at least twice a year.
- 5S has been continuously developed.
- There are at least 2 5S trainers in the unit.
- Personnel must pass the 5S basic knowledge training 100%
