The Center for Digital Technology, Walailak University has surveyed the satisfaction of service users for the first quarter of 2022 budget year (October – December 2021) , the satisfaction rating was more than 90% and was at the highest level.
According to The Center for Digital Technology as a coordinating agency and providing services related to computers, information technology and network infrastructure and the Internet to support teaching management, service and academic support of departments in the university, develop application software, Organize computer services and provide computer training, maintain computer systems to be able to use effectively and perform other tasks assigned.
The center for digital technology, Walailak University has surveyed the satisfaction of service users for the first quarter of 2022 budget year (October – December 2021) to survey satisfaction and analyze data to improve and develop better and meet the users demand. The evaluation results are as follows:
