E-mail system registration manual for students Walailak University

     1. Go to https://www.gmail.com

     2. Enter your E-mail. E-mail is the first name in English, followed by dot (.) and followed by the first 2 letters of the last name and followed by @mail.wu.ac.th such as Demo Dekdee, E-mail that will be received is demo.de@mail.wu.ac.th and then click the “Next” button.

     3. Enter the password for the first time by default password will be set according to the student ID as follows:

3.1. Student ID starts with 63,64… Use default password as GSuite followed by last 5 digits of ID card number. e.g. GSuite12345 (G and S must be uppercase)

3.2. Student ID starts with 61 or 62, use the default password as 13-digit ID card number.

3.3 Student code starting with 59 or 60, using the default password is walailakgooglemail.

     

     4. The system will display Google Terms, select “Accept”.

 

     5. The system will force a new password change. Students must create their own password and select “Change Password”.

 

 

     6. Account security system provides security settings by adding backup phone number and backup email. If you don’t want to add more information, click “Confirm”.

 

     7. Once the registration is complete, Gmail window will appear, you can start using G Suite.
