On Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, The Center for Digital Technology by ICT Academy, Walailak University, organized a workshop on “UniXcape Mobile App Usage” at the Computer Lab 2, Computer Building. The purpose of the workshop was to train participants on how to install and use the UniXcape Mobile App, a mobile office phone number management program. The app allows users to easily and conveniently make calls to university extension numbers at no cost, even when they are not at their desk. The workshop covered the following topics:

• Introduction to the Walailak University telephone system
• Introduction to the UniXcape App and how to install and download the app for iOS/Android
• Learning how to use, manage users, and test the app

A total of 33 participants from 29 units attended the workshop. Mr. Paisal Phumduang, a technician from the Digital Infrastructure Division of the Digital Technology Center, was the workshop instructor.
