According to The Center for Digital Technology notifying users about the Google Workspace for Education “@mail.wu.ac.th” area associated with their Google Account is limited to 5GB/Account usage space according to the Education Organization policy. 100 TB per domain of Google for Education and asking users to migrate data out of their accounts by July 1, 2022.
Because some users have not performed the data transfer. As a result, the overall usable area of the university exceeds 100 TB, The Center for Digital Technology would like to inform the following measures:
1. Ask users who still have more than 5 GB of space in their account to transfer data from Email and Drive by August 31, 2022.
2. The Center for Digital Technology reserves the right to delete Accounts who have overused areas and have been inactive for more than 2 years from September 1, 2022 onwards by deleting from those with the highest data. respectively
3. Those who have deleted the account and wish to continue using the request for activation must be made through the channels specified by The Center for Digital Technology after September 1, 2022 and the new account activation will not be able to recover the original data.
The Center for Digital Technology asks users for their cooperation to perform data transfer and account activation within August 31, 2022 and apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
