Digital Technology Center organizes training
Course on techniques for creating electronic books in the DOMS system according to the Ministry of Finance regulations.

On April 21, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, the Digital Technology Center organized a workshop at Computer Lab 2 and the training signal link to Computer Lab 1 and E-testing rooms 1-2 on the course of electronic book creation techniques in the DOMS system according to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce. In the first hour lecture
– Basic knowledge about the Digital Office Management System (DOMS), Walailak University
– The importance and advantages of creating books in electronic form
– Requirements in the Walailak University’s archives regarding the criteria for using various types of books and the university’s printing standards
– Creating electronic books (guidelines, agreements, prohibitions)
Practice hours 2-3 Preparation techniques
● How to create a document, setting the standard document format (Format), setting fonts, font size, spacing
● How to create an order (command, announcement, regulation, rule)
● Techniques for drafting and preparing content for creating an electronic book
● How to select reference sources of documents in and out of the system to be used in creating an electronic book
● How to attach attachments to an electronic book
● How to write an email from the DOMS system
● How to track document status, checking and searching
● Exchanging knowledge and experiences in using the DOMS system
● Making worksheets and evaluating results
