On March 18, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Digital Technology Center organized a workshop at the Computer Lab, 2 courses: WordPress for Beginners, with Mr. Wachirasak Phokakorn, Computer Systems Analyst, Digital Technology Center, as a lecturer, and Mr. Jakkraphan Thongthiang and Mr. Thanaphon Suthisak, School of Information Science, as assistant lecturers. There were 39 interested employees registered to participate. The training began at 9:00 a.m.

Hour 1 Introduction Introduce an overview and understand WordPress.

Hour 2 Managing the website theme
– Managing the WordPress website theme
– Customizing the theme, homepage, such as logo, web icons, background image, header image, color, and font, etc.
– Adjusting the theme effects, such as slide images, social media buttons, Social media icons, and Google fonts, etc.

Creating content for WordPress websites
– Creating, deleting, managing categories and web content, news (Post) and pages (Page)
– Creating content such as articles, news, knowledge, press releases
– Creating web content with media files such as images, YouTube videos, PDFs, etc.
– Adding tags to WordPress content (Tags)

Creating a menu Main menu-sub-menu of various types
– Creating-Deleting and Managing Main Menu (Main Menu
– Creating-Deleting and Managing Sub-menu (Sub-menu)
– Displaying menu for other devices such as mobile phones or tablets (Responsive menu)

Hour 3: Worksheet preparation and evaluation
Introduction to worksheet preparation (10 minutes)
Students complete worksheet preparation (30 minutes)
