On March 14, 2025, the Digital Technology Center, as a committee member and secretary, organized a meeting of the committee to monitor the implementation of the performance-based planning system development. The Vice Chancellor, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suwit, honored the meeting as the chairman.

By implementing the strategy of Walailak University, the management style focuses on the results. The aim is to achieve the target results, which will be consistent between the strategic indicators, strategic plans, action plans, operations according to the agency’s certification, projects/activities and budgets, and the results of the operations according to the indicators at various levels. They must be able to be tracked in a timely manner. Such information will be the starting data for reporting the results according to various indicators to support being a data-driven university.

The meeting considered the policy and scope of system development (details as attached document), which TAT will hold a meeting of the related working groups to prepare the details of the specifications and scope of work (Term of Reference: TOR) and develop the system for further use.
