On Thursday, March 20, 2025, the Digital Technology Center conducted a process to verify the online election system to build confidence among voters in the university council election from permanent faculty members, as follows: Verification of the online election system source code
- No operation will result in the record of voter data linked to the selected number.
- The selected number data is encrypted before being saved in the database.
- The version of Source code installed on the Production Server must be the same.
- Disable Auto Pull to Production Server to prevent future changes to source code.
- The generated Public Key/Private Key data must not be saved in any format (the Election Commission Chairman must copy it from the generated screen and put it into the election system by himself).
- Verify the version of the Source code published in the Chrome Web Store to install WU Key Generator as a Google Extension.
- The API must only send election data to be recorded in the specified table of the online election system.
- The API code version installed on the Production Server must match.
- Check the creation of Trigger in Oracle DBMS to save the event log (Log) if there is any change in data.
- Check the Trigger code edit closure
