On January 29, 2025, the Digital Infrastructure Division, Digital Technology Center, held a meeting with the National Telecom Public Company Limited, Customer Service Office, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, to discuss guidelines for the installation, delivery of work, and management of the contract for the University’s Internet network connection leased circuit service system for fiscal year 2025.

This meeting focuses on determining guidelines for installing equipment and connecting computer network circuits with the Medical Education Center, Vachira Phuket Hospital, Medical Education Center, Trang Hospital, and the College of Dentistry so that the university’s intranet and internet networks can support medical teaching, use of information resource search systems from online sources efficiently, and support medical research and development operations to access important information quickly and securely.

Initially, National Telecom Public Company Limited will expedite the installation and delivery of the work to be completed according to the contract, along with providing maintenance throughout the contract period to ensure continuous operations and not affecting the teaching and learning of the university. In addition, the Digital Technology Center will monitor the progress and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure that the project meets its goals and effectively supports the university’s missions in all aspects.
